"Because of Christine, I own my dream house. I had just begun looking to buy a home and having Christine as my realtor was pure luck on my end and a tireless work ethic on hers. I was interested in a property and called what I thought was the listing agency on a Saturday morning. She answered the phone and immediately began digging into the details of the property while asking me what I was looking for. I was afraid of wasting someone’s time and wasn’t sure how serious I was about buying. She assured me that she was happy to investigate this property for me, no pressure, no agreements, and I wasn’t wasting her time. I can’t express enough how in tune she is with her customers, how well she listens and navigates her client relationships providing them with what they need in a realtor and she convinced me to move forward because of this. Within 4 hours she’d arranged not only for me the next day (Sunday morning) to see the property I called about and whose owner was living in another country thus difficult to track down, but two other properties for sale in the same community. Again, all without any agreed-upon relationship. We met the next morning to see the three properties, she came incredibly prepared with a packet of information regarding recent sales in the community and current properties for sale in the area that matched my criteria. This effort convinced me that she was the realtor to represent me and got me thinking about what I really wanted. What I really wanted was my dream house, and so did everyone else it felt like. It went up for sale on a Thursday night. The next day at 3 pm we came across the listing and Christine arranged to show it to me at 4:30 pm. It was love at first sight, she showed it to me one more time the next day Saturday morning just to make sure and we put in a full-price offer at noon knowing it was a spectacular property that was under-listed to create a bidding war. We were hoping to stave off the open house on Sunday but because people were already driving in from Houston and flying in from Colorado to see it the sellers were committed to them and the open house. Sunday night Christine called me and as anticipated the sellers received multiple offers over ask. All the other properties I’d seen I wasn’t in love with thus able to make sound decisions on. This house I was emotionally attached to and possibly willing to make an offer I would regret. This is where Christine’s people skills again shined, as she spoke to the selling agent several times to get some idea of what we were up against. She advised me not to make the offer I was considering, but something lower that she thought would get the job done. She put our counter in Monday morning, and she was right, and Tuesday evening I owned my dream house. I highly recommend Christine to anyone who’s even considering buying a home."
