Meet Ryan Moore

Ryan Moore, who most recently served as the CFO of Torchy Tacos for seven years, brings a dynamic blend of finance, marketing, strategy, and executive leadership to Christine Moore’s top real estate team. 

He brings 20 years of combined business and marketing experience at renowned companies including PwC, E&J Gallo Winery, Yum! Brands, and Torchy’s Tacos. Ryan leverages a powerful and unique skill set to deliver exceptional client results.

As a CPA, Duke University MBA, and former CFO, Ryan excels at analyzing complex financial data, evaluating property investments, and identifying market trends. His expertise in negotiating high-stakes financial agreements, including a $100M syndicated debt deal and a $400M company sale process at Torchy’s Tacos, positions him as a trusted advisor in securing favorable outcomes for his real estate clients.  

Ryan’s marketing background, honed during his tenure at E&J Gallo Winery and as an executive at Torchy’s Tacos, equips him with deep expertise in product promotion and sales. This enables him to craft compelling property marketing strategies that maximize appeal and value in competitive markets.

Whether analyzing data, negotiating deals, or creating tailored marketing plans, Ryan’s analytical rigor, negotiation prowess, and operational discipline ensure his clients' seamless and successful real estate experience. 

In his spare time, Ryan enjoys golfing and traveling to various golf courses for vacation. He also loves to run half marathons and lift weights. Ryan enjoys giving back and serves on the Moore CPR Board of Directors and the Duke University Austin Alumni Board of Directors. Most importantly, Ryan is the proud father of three teenage boys.
